Part of the Crescent Moon Bear series based on a traditional Japanese folk tale. Here the bear has been left delicious apples by the woman in the story. The woman who loves is hoping to get very close to the bear so she can pluck a hair from the white crescent of fur under the bear’s chin. This is needed for part of potion she is desperate to take to heal her husband’s anger.
